Every product ships sealed and is supplied for laboratory research use only. You can return any unopened product to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or it never arrives, you do not need to return anything: we reship it free or refund you. Report a problem within 7 days and we handle the rest.
Return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery. Email support@ai-peptides.com with your order number and we send you a return authorization and the return address. The product must reach us sealed and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method (see "How refunds are paid" below). We refund the product price, not the original shipping cost, and you cover return shipping unless the return is our error. Nothing returned to us is ever restocked or resold.
A research compound leaves our control the moment it ships. We cannot verify how an opened vial was stored or handled, so we cannot accept an opened or unsealed product for return, and nothing that comes back to us is ever restocked or resold. That protects every researcher who orders from us. If something is wrong with your order, the reship policy below fixes it, and you never need to ship anything back.
We reship free of charge, or refund you if you prefer, when:
To make a claim, email support@ai-peptides.com within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a package that never arrived. Include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, photos of the product and packaging. We reply within 2 business days, and verified claims reship as a priority. Keep the item and its packaging until your claim is resolved.
Email or call before your order ships and we cancel or change it with a full refund. Orders move to the carrier quickly, often the next business day, so contact us right away. Once a package ships, the 30-day return policy and the reship policy above take over.

Check with household members, neighbors, your building's front desk, and your local carrier office first; most packages surface within a day. If yours does not, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we open a trace with the carrier and work it with you to a resolution.
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we reship it once you confirm the corrected address; a new shipping fee applies. Refunds on undeliverable orders exclude the original shipping cost.
Every product we sell is for laboratory research and development only, not for human or veterinary use, and not for consumption of any kind. Any use or handling outside laboratory research voids eligibility for return, reship, refund, and support.
