Effective 21 September 2026. This page sets out how AI Peptides orders ship, what shipping costs, how to track a shipment, and what happens when a package is lost or delayed.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, with USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on your location and the method you choose. Because regulations on research compounds vary by country, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping methods and cost

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays or carrier delays. Once an order leaves our facility, transit is in the carrier’s hands.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed and paid after 12PM PST may be processed the next business day. Orders do not ship until payment is received in full. You receive an email confirmation with the carrier and tracking number when your order ships.
Tracking your order
Follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, ask the assistant in the corner of any page (have your order number and the email or last name on the order ready), or email support@ai-peptides.com or call (800) 917-0311 and we will track it for you.
Lost, delayed or undeliverable packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, check with household members, neighbors and your local carrier office first; most packages surface within a day. If yours does not, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we open a trace with the carrier.
If the carrier loses your package in transit, email support@ai-peptides.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our reship policy covers it: we reship free or refund you.
If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we reship it once you confirm the corrected address; a new shipping fee applies.
