# Terms of Service
**Effective date:** 28 May 2026
**Owner:** Ai-Peptides (“we”, “our”)
**Contact:** virgil@ai-peptides.com
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the internal bookkeeping software (“the App”) operated by Ai-Peptides. The App is used solely by Ai-Peptides for its own accounting and bookkeeping. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to the public.
## Permitted use
Use of the App is restricted to authorized Ai-Peptides personnel and is limited to the company’s internal accounting workflows: extracting structured data from business documents we receive, reviewing the data in our internal queue, and posting approved entries into our QuickBooks Online company.
## Account and credentials
Authorized users are responsible for the security of any credentials they use to access the App, including API keys and OAuth tokens. Credentials must not be shared and must be rotated if compromise is suspected.
## Acceptable use
Users must not:
– Use the App to process documents that do not belong to Ai-Peptides or that we are not authorized to handle.
– Modify the App in ways that bypass its review step or disable audit logging.
– Use the App to post entries into accounting systems other than Ai-Peptides’ own QuickBooks Online company.
## Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services (Anthropic, Airtable, Intuit / QuickBooks Online, WordPress.com). Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service.
## No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” for internal use. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of extracted data, or uninterrupted operation. The human review step in our workflow exists precisely because extraction is automated and may contain errors; users are responsible for verifying every entry before approving it for posting to QuickBooks.
## Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai-Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the App, including any bookkeeping or tax consequences of incorrect entries.
## Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will reflect the most recent revision.
## Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
