Thymosin Alpha-1, LL-37 and Thymogen research peptide stack for immune-function research.
Out of stock
Built for immune-function research, this stack pairs Thymosin Alpha-1, LL-37 and Thymogen. Thymosin Alpha-1 is studied for T-cell function and immune regulation, LL-37 for antimicrobial activity, and Thymogen for immune signalling. Together they cover three complementary research angles at 10% off the combined vial price. For research use only.
This product is intended as a research chemical only. Not for human use. Peptides will arrive in a lyophilized (powder) form for maximum stability.
This bundle contains:
Intended Use: For research purposes only. All peptides require reconstitution with Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water), sold separately.
Storage: Store vials in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C.
Solubility: Reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Water for best results.
Shelf Life: Lyophilized form has a shelf life of up to 24 months when properly stored. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within 4–6 weeks.
Handling: Ensure proper sanitization techniques are used during handling and reconstitution.
Thymosin alpha-1 (Tα1, thymalfasin, brand name Zadaxin) is a 28 amino acid acetylated polypeptide originally isolated from thymic tissue. It acts as an immunomodulator, signaling primarily through Toll-like receptor 9 (and TLR2) on dendritic cells and lymphocytes to enhance T-cell maturation, augment Th1 cytokine production (IFN-gamma, IL-2), and increase natural killer cell activity. Tα1 does not have direct antiviral or antibacterial activity; effects on chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) and sepsis are mediated through restoration of host adaptive and innate immunity.
LL-37 is a naturally occurring human antimicrobial peptide and the only member of the cathelicidin family in humans. It is studied in preclinical models for antimicrobial activity, wound healing and modulation of the innate immune response.
Thymogen is a short synthetic dipeptide (Glu-Trp) derived from thymus research. It is studied in preclinical models for its role in regulating immune-cell activity and supporting a balanced immune response.

FAQ:
All Ai-Peptides products are manufactured in the USA under strict quality control. Each peptide is analyzed using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry to confirm identity and purity, typically ≥99%. Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) you can view to verify authenticity and research-grade quality.
Our peptides are shipped lyophilized (powder form) for maximum stability. Store them in a cool, dry place until use. For long-term preservation, keep them refrigerated or frozen. Once reconstituted with a suitable research-grade solvent, keep the solution cold and protected from light to maintain integrity.
